Recommended Order of Preference:
  1. ABBOTT, Tony (Liberal)
  2. SCIFO, June (Christian Democrats)
  3. ROWLAND, Marie (Nick Xenophon Team)
  4. WOODWARD, Andrew (Labor)
  5. GIORDANO, Marc (Science)
  6. CAPLICE, Shea (Arts)
  7. BARROW, David (Independent)
  8. MATHISON, James (Independent)
  9. BACKHOUSE, Tony (Independent)
  10. WILLIAMS ROLDAN, Clara (Greens)

*Note: The preference order for Warringah was recently modified slightly.

Reasoning:

We deviate from our standard strategy in Warringah in order to send Turnbull a message.

  1. Perfect, and as soon as the election is won and scraped in, on Abbotts policies, a LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE IS IN ORDER , ITS been a real downer with the elected Prime Minister on the back benches, we miss him. I hate waking up in the morning and Malcolm Turnbull is the Prime Minister it puts you off your breakfast

  2. Presume you know Tony BACKHOUSE is a member of the Greens I’ve worked with him on a few projects over the years , SAVE BEACON HIGH SCHOOL

    1. I understand that there are a number of claiming to be independents who are from political parties and/or union funded.

  3. I’m very concerned that Nick Xenophon (member) is placed high up. Xenophon is a greens supporter and when Tony Abbott tried to get important legislation thru, he failed to turn up for the vote. He voted with Labor/Greens much more than with the Coalition.

  4. It is impossible to ignore how Tony Abbott was undermined for six years by the rebel Liberals, character assassination their specialty but not the courage to agree to be named as the source of their media briefings.

On the other hand the voters of Warringah have a very special human being as their candidate again, a very well educated man and sportsman, a rare combination of achievements. But even more importantly a community volunteer worker for decades: bushfire brigade, surf lifesaving, charity events including interstate bicycle rides and triathlons, a week every year volunteer lay teacher at a remote area indigenous community assisting young people and more, including a regular close connection with the Manly Womens Shelter.

And his behaviour since he was replaced as leader is evidence of a strong and disciplined character.

I hope that he will be our Prime Minister again in the not too distant future.
