    1. This seat was tricky because it only has 3 candidates. One of the pillars of our electoral strategy is to deny Turnbull primary votes and another is to make sure Turnbull doesn’t win any seat that Abbott didn’t. In this case the only other option to achieve that is to put the Greens at the 1 position. The Liberals have NO HOPE of winning this seat anyway. It is one of the safest Labor seats in the country. The 2013 two-party preferred was 66% to 34%, and that was at an election where the Liberals won a landslide victory under Abbott. If you feel dirty about this, make up for it with your Senate vote, which will be very important.
